Peace of mind is on the letterhead. It is not a feeling we advertise. It is four things a counterpart can notice on a live file.
The note earlier this week said what we will not do. This one says what remains when those refusals have been kept. A desk that has already said no does not need to be watched for the rest of the transaction.
The other side can be named
Whoever you meet through us, you will not have wasted your time. The people on the other side of an introduction are people we are prepared to be associated with.
That is felt as a name that arrives with a capacity already said. Principal, family company, or introducing firm. Not a forward. Not a rumour. If we cannot stand behind the connection, the name does not travel.
The documents belong to this file
Transaction-specific documents are prepared for the file in front of us. A procedure copied from an unrelated deal and offered as gospel is not proof.
That is felt as paper that matches the cargo, the manner of delivery, and the window — and as the absence of a twenty-page pack sent before anyone has said who they are. CIF and FOB do not produce the same documents. A trial and a term should not pretend to.
The conversation stays inside the conversation
Confidentiality is treated as a rule of the house. Mandates, names, and proof remain inside the conversation.
That is felt as a name that has not appeared in a second inbox while the first is still open. It is felt as a number that has not been shopped. We have ended files for that reason. The quieter second lift is the same rule, kept.
Someone stays until it is finished
We stay with the transaction through documents, inspection, and delivery. The work does not end when the name has moved.
That is felt as a reply that still comes from the firm, in the firm’s name, after the introduction has been made. Proof is verified with the issuing parties. A scan in an inbox is not the same thing as a call to the issuer. If a second lift follows, it ought to be quieter than the first. That quiet is the practice.
How to begin
Please reach out to us with potential opportunities and we shall advise on a case-by-case basis. Write to business@thecristianigroup.com.
Two considered paragraphs are enough. Who you are. In what capacity you act. What you seek to source or place.
What we will not do sits in What TCG Will Not Do. How a file moves sits on How We Work.
Replies are handled by the firm, in our own name.
